Observation is reality, but reality gives us a chance to observe. The paradox of quantum theory. The mind uses the faculties at its disposal to make an observation and thus define reality with the consensual world. Yet with out these measurements reality is underfined and exists in it's purest form of mathematics. We are just gold fish at the bottom of the pool watching the shadows of ripples on the surface above.
